ANSWER.it’s first tech product Grant Gauge is a specialized tool designed to improve the proposal process for the nonprofit sector.
Grant Gauge helps by catching technical errors and evaluating project ideas early on, ensuring a project is viable before significant work is done. Funders are also able to suggest improvements early in the process, further increasing proposal quality while saving time and money!
This video was created to coincide with the Grant Gauge product launch.
A free app called Storyboarder was used to plan out the video. Photoshop and Illustrator were used to create video graphics. Finally, the video was put together and animated using Adobe After Effects.

The grant writing process is stressful at the best of times so the Grant Gauge logo needed to be friendly and simple. Rounded letters and shapes give the logo and video graphics a calm and friendly appearance. The colour scheme features light blue, a colour that evokes feelings of calmness, serenity, tranquillity, and order. Combined with a reassuring green and a hint of assertive red. The Grant Gauge brand colours portray a calm and confident solution to a frustrating, complicated problem.
